Oscar Goodman's ethical woes

Steve Sebelius wrote a good column on Mayor Goodman in Thursday's R-J. It certainly does seem like the state Ethics Commission had an open-and-shut case. And amazingly, their finding last May didn't deter Goodman's son Ross from entering into another questionable deal.
