Legalize the weed

My opinion on legalization of marijuana is simple: Legalize it, regulate it, tax it (as heavily as tobacco, if not more so), and use the tax revenue to fund education and treatment programs for the real scourges: hard drugs like cocaine, heroin, meth and ecstasy. I hope the new marijuana initiative here in Nevada becomes law, and possession of up to an ounce is decriminalized.
